So, another insurance quote question...
Discussion
Went on a comparison site last night as insurance is up next month and got:
Motorcycle Direct £88 (x/s £100)
Saga (yes, I'm that old) £95 (x/s £350)
Hastings £100 (x/s £350)
All for 1996 Suzuki Bandit 1200 (mildly modded with can, hugger, bellypan, heated grips). S,D &P plus commuting (though not sure I'd actually use it for the 6 miles each way unless the car was off the road).
Only 1 year ncb now as the bike was unused for a few years until last year so I didn't bother insuring it (it was secure enough to not worry about theft as well)
Presently with eBike but that looks like being nearer £140 for renewal - not received the renewal price from them yet.
Any reasons to avoid any of the above three? I have read a few on here using Hastings but not seen mention of the first one and I guess you're all too young to qualify for Saga yet.....
