Tyre pressures

Just wondered what you lot are running. My manual says 36psi all round but I'm sure someone said in the past that's a bit low tbh I can't remember what was recommended.

My rear tyre has squared off now obviously it will do anyway as not every road is twist. I'm thinking maybe the pressure hasn't helped.

What are you guys running ?

No wonder your tyre bloke drops other work to sort you out.

Have you ever put Nitrogen rather than Air in them ?
