What helmet - again

want to buy a new helmet, I have a Caberg (cant remember the model) but it is a few years old but I didnt use for a while.

Would like a flip front, good ventilation, I want something that is stable in the wind. Would like an integral sunvisor.

Shoei (not sure of model Neotech I think) pricy but not an issue if it fits the bill, not sure what / how the pinlock system works

I like AGV but they dont seem what they once were

Any thoughts / suggestions

That looks to tick all of the boxes, like the way the cnhin bar sits at the back in open face
