Balls, kiyo down in morning practice and he's got a broken collarbone, so pretty much job done for shakey.

1 James Ellison Lloyds British GBmoto ...
2 Shane Byrne Rapid Solicitors Kawas...
3 Josh Brookes Milwaukee Yamaha
4 Jon Kirkham Halsall Biker Gear Kaw...
5 John Hopkins Tyco Suzuki
6 Tommy Bridewell Milwaukee Yamaha
7 Peter Hickman RAF Reserves Honda
8 Dan Linfoot Quattro Plant Kawasaki
9 Julien Da Costa Honda Racing
10 Gary Mason Tsingtao WK Kawasak

See gbmoto have signed ellsion for 2015 but not walker, wonder who else there looking at? bridewell, linfoot?

Also good job by luke hedger in super sport getting 2nd quickest in qualifying.

Is Brookes just trying to unsettle Byrne? This is not the first time he has hinted at shenanigans during interviews:
http://www.britishsuperbike.com/news/tensions-rise...
He knows PBM have cheated before, and got away with it.
Brooke's is just having another dig in that direction by the sounds of it.

Shame about Kiyo, but Shakey has already won't the title in real terms, so deserves this.
Brookes said: "I tried my hardest today and it wasn't enough to go faster but I can't help but wonder what kind of voodoo antics Shakey has going on as he never seems to get a bad string of luck ever. It was devastating to see Kiyo on the floor this morning, so we want to put on a good show and do our best in the races."

Pretty sure things didn't go to plan when shakey had that string of no win mid season.

Trouble with brookes is he makes mistakes and pushes too hard over rides and crashes when he should sometimes bring the bike back and take the points, he even did a interview (post thruxton) and said the same himself, but i guess the fact he keeps pushing and doesn't settle for the points is also his strong point?

I thought in iffy conditions josh waters would of been much further up the grid too.

Well deserved win for shakey, mega unlucky for kiyo doing his collarbone now but it#s been a real delight seeing the real kiyo not the version we've seen the last couple of years.

Mega congratulations to bridewell taking 3rd in the series.

Lastly wtf was brookes thinking of tweeting that? like i've said he's the worst combination a young head on old shoulders.

I'm sure if you dig enough you'll find some saucy pics of his mrs on the net wink

Oh and luke hedger's had a pretty good weekend too.

Brilliant season, well done to Shakey!

Watching the montage at the end makes me realise why I don't bother with WSB anymore, stunning racing in all classes!
You'd hope the new people behind american superbikes would tap hopkins up and rip off bsb, or maybe bsb should be same spec as wsbk and a true feeder series?
