Arrived at my old mans on Saturday lunch time for lunch cooked by me mum.

Ask's me to come to the garage as there's some heavy stuff he needs to move.

The heavy stuff turns out to be an almost new 64 reg Triumph Bonnie T100 in cream and gold delivered that morning, that does not need moving at all.

such a sweet looking cool bike.

she "gave" him permission

Think it was a case of better to ask forgiveness than permission though wink

much better for him than the bandit 1250 GT he did have

he had a mental block with that bike, unless he was going to do 200 miles he felt it was a waste, this he can just jump on and have a short blast no problems.

You're also lucky that your old man is into bikes.

My dad doesn't like cars or bikes. He regards them as some kind of stupid trivia. He also doesn't go to the pub (I've never ever been for a pint with my dad. I'm 46 frown)

mine used to go the pub with me, he recently lost his ability to drink properly though (he was 60 in sept)
