It works for me because I can eat a little bit in between sessions, rather than gorging until completely full at lunch time and then trying to smash out some fast laps. Breakfast cereal and an innocent smoothie throughout the day works better than a big plate of stodgy food all at once at lunch time. Plus its cheap biggrin
This ^
Last thing you should be eating is a load of stodge.
Water (lots) and a small bottle (500ml) mixed with rehydrate taken in the morning (before you actually dehydrate!!). Bananas and light foods when riding. Small pasta salad or apples/oranges between sessions etc. Otherwise your body just goes into digestion mode and everything slows down as your body struggles with the stodge.
I was just taking the piss. I eat wheatabix but I eat them in the house like a normal person. I don't create a pack lunch with them

If you come up and need a place to kip your more than welcome to at mines. It's only a 15 drive away.

You would be On the couch though but I do make an awesome fry up. With hunners of tattie scone, square sausage and haggis.

Offers there to anyone who's thinking about it.

I offer as I know no one will dream of it.

And the hairpin!
How can the Hairpin be a bh???
Hairpins by their very nature aren't exactly tricky???
Firstly the chap has only done one or two trackdays.

Also its in reverse he is talking about so its quite a drop the wrong way around and your off camber, your hitting 130 on a 600 going into it.

I actually love it. Especially the braking into it.

I on the other hand hate clarks, your braking on a corner going into it at 100 odd and then its off camber again and a hell of a drop. Last time I was there 7 or 8 people binned it there. Its a nasty bugger.

I like my bacon well done. 2 sausages are enough though and I like my eggs with the yokes unbroken and I also prefer tined tomatoes. 2 slices of bread with butter that is buttered right to the edges.

I only like Nescafé Gold coffee to
Tomatoes wtf, the only veg in my fry up comes in the form of a sauce.

Also, I only stock tea, and kenco really rich.

Sun 29th March, £99, 3 groups, full day.

Anyone fancy it, I might use this as a shake down for the bike after its been sat up for so long.

Anyone fancy a few days down south in Feb or March. Not fussed on the track or days. Would be handy to have someone to split the costs with and keep me company or drive me home.

I have a trailer and a space. This reads like a lonely hearts advert. I know no one will bother but thought I'd ask. Fed up going myself.

Don't be such a fanny. How can watching somebody else kick a football around be better than riding your bike on track with a load of mates?
if I have to explain it you wouldn't get it.

Right, my games moved to the Friday, so I might pop down on the Saturday. Means not having to take a day off work. Anyone from Scotland care to join..

I would, but at some point I really need to move into house I've just bought. Good chance of snow that weekend too, as mid March is always a dodgy time for it.
It's snowing bad here again now that you have said that.

Apart from me.
I really need to start reading what I've typed on the phone before posting.
