What to do, what to do?

I had an off back in 2008 thanks to a Toyota Tundra driving over me and my precious 999S. Haven't had the bike looked at yet (long story), but from the damage it would not be worth repairing given where used prices are at. Would be a shame to waste the motor though, so what should I do with it? I've toyed with the idea of getting Roland Sands to use it as a donor for something cool but wonder what other applications can be had (and I'm not thinking v-twin powered food blender or rocking chair).

Some great suggestions, chaps. Spirit of the Seventies is out though, as I'm living Stateside (Houston) currently. Shame I hadn't heard of them a few years back.
So far I'm digging the 748 idea the most. Has to be yellow though, and for some reason 748/749 in yellow are rarer than hens teeth over here (they're all either red, grey or black).
