Kawa H2 launch today - crazy numbers
Discussion
It's the press launch of the H2 today at the Losail circuit in Qatar and the Brit boys over there are reporting some crazy stuff. The H2R is apparently rated at 325hp. Even the journos are hitting 326km/h at the track which is 202mph. Kawa test rider has reportedly hit 357km/h which is 223mph.

Negative, Ghost Rider, the pattern is full."

Has nobody understood that the H2R is a bike that really can only become a garage queen.
It's not a roadbike amd not road legal at all
It's not allowed to enter any race series as non wil, accept the supercharger
It's too noisy for most trackdays either UK or Euro
It could npbe used at Donington noisy vp days, or Anglesey any time
So it's a £50,000 that can only be used on a select few trackdays. Hence it'll emd up in the garage being polished a lot
The H2 is the bike to be looking at amd that has much smaller numbers, although they are stil mental

I'd be plenty happy to see an H2! Hopefully spot one at a TD in the next year or two.
Its an awesome bit of kit for Kawasaki to produce and having the desired marketing effect, but almost irrelevant in the real world. As above, you cant buy or use one. Its like the top end Veyron of bikes, available to a few and usable only to those who can be bothered to recreate the circumstances to use it ...many of which who can afford it, wont actually be bothered
so its like a rich guy top trump toy .....im glad they made it though
