Anyone running or tried 190/60 Pirelli or Metz wets on a 5.5 inch rim?
The 190/60s scrubs are much easier to get hold of than 180/55. My mate was told by the lads at 'Trumpet tyres' that they can be used on a 600s 5.5 inch rear but I have a feeling they were just saying that to sell a set. It just seems wrong to me, but maybe not..?

Yeah what I meant was if buying new you can get whatever you want easily
A good set of wet scrubs will last me a while doing trackdays unless I melt them on a drying track ... If I was racing id spend the extra money but the easiest scrubs to get are the ones the bsb lads race on. So it's piss easy to get 180/60 Supercorsas and 190/60 pirelli wets
