Toseland is terrible, he said Hannika got caught up with Gardner but Hannika crashed on his own and Gardner had to take avoiding action. Then with the silly practice start moment with Olivera he said the other guy put his hand up as if to put the blame on Olivera, it wasn't it was a hand up to apologise.

Karel Hanika given 5 penalty points and a pit lane start for the next race in France after deliberately riding into Aspar rider Juanfran Guevara after the race had ended causing him to crash and breaking his collar bone.
