BMW HP2 Sport prices gone mad !

In 2011 I bought my 2008 08 plate HP2 Sport ABS with 445 miles on it from a dealer for £9250. Had it 4 months and got made redundant. So I panicked and sold it to a German dealer for £9500.

I was at the same dealers where I bought mine earlier today they have a 2010 10 plate with 975 miles on it up at £16,495.

That's £7k over what I paid 4 years ago for one that was in essence newer at the time.

They are a great bike and less than 50 came to the UK but £16k + I don't think so.

Holy thread ressurection. I bought another HP2 Sport yesterday.

This time it's one that has been ridden and not a garage queen.

Gets delivered Tuesday.

This was me yesterday at Wollaston BMW. Got her to take the photo just before I broke the news to her that it was now mine. That was a fun afternoonof silence. Lol.

Whilst in my custody it will most likely do 2000 miles a year. So the refresh will be due in 2027 by which time I will be 69.

The refresh does not concern or faze me. If it needs it it will get it.
