Full bike trackday. Anyone heading to this?

A long shot perhaps, but I put a post up last time I booked and sure enough I found a PH'er to hang around with on the day

I think the circuit is more suited to a car, but works pretty well on a bike too.

Had a hell of a lot of fun each time I've been.

Doh! Sorry mate, completely forgot! Too many trade unionists taking days off causing chaos with my work routine! One of the other lads was also asking. I'll get it done at some point this week.

They say a lot of bikes wont pass standard, but I've not seen many standard bikes fail. My GSXR 1000 with a yoshimura can passed fine, as did my old mans cb1300 with a micron can. 105db is a fairly reasonable limit. CQ8's 916 passed with termignonis on.

No you're correct about the 3/4 limit, which I agree does seem excessive. Even my standard K1200 was measured at 100db despite seeming quiet most times.

Indeed, i have several of the things advertising £15 off, can dish them out if necessary.

Bikesafe at Combe was a bloody brilliant day too, good ride with the police and a great track session! Also had a quick chat with John McGuinness, cool guy in person too
