Garage floor recommendations.

Moving to a new build house in about 3 months and it has a nice sized single garage which will be for my bikes and tools only, perhaps c16m sq. The options are that I have it tiled when they are in doing the house or perhaps have someone come in and seal the floor and paint it in some sort of industrial floor paint.

Anyone on here have any contacts for the paint and prep ?

For ref tiling it will be around £700 so if paint is around half of that it's a contender.

Yes please but we are in Northants and I would want someone to do the job as I am no use at this stuff.
