Well No Limits have just started to release some dates for next year. Where are you lot going next year?

Nice peeps though they are No Limits must win the most rubbish website award! Their email updates are actually readable in their defence.

Other organisers I know of / have used before (feel free to add to!)

I want to do Spa next year (without falling off)

I've never done cartagena but it looks a bit crap so I'll be avoiding NL until end of March probably
It's nowhere near Mugello or Jerez in feel but Cartagena is far from crap (apart from that tight first left) and with your work & finances allowing for so many foreign ones it would be a shame not to tick it off the list - particularly if it back-to-backs with something else. The Pacedayz evening only event in mid Summer there looks oddly attractive too.

With the cheapo 4 day deals available at tracks like this I've always fancied doing and giving up one day on track and going for a day on the road. Jacket and jeans tootle up the mountains and along the coast.

Couple of dates starting to come through.

Focused have gone Almeria crazy and added the brand new Andalucian Circuit.

Tracksense got an Almeria if you don't like FE as well as provisional holiday heavy midweek jobs at Valencia and Barcrlona.

Eurotrax website has keeled over.

No Limits have added some Portimao dates to the Cartagena ones already released to try and grab the overly enthusiastic. Come on chaps - show us some Jerez dates! smile

Portimão. wink

It's fast last corner is quite forgiving on lower powered bikes as well - anything with a slow 2nd gear corner onto the big straights means I get murdered by the 190hp stuff.

Currently in discussions on whether to go to Jerez at the beginning of March
I think 4 of us are booking it tonight.

Do I struggle at the back end of fast on the old R1 or go into Inters and have more fun?

Inters it is!

Has anyone been to, or know anything about Circuit Andulicia? Seen it on FEs website, never heard of it before.

Not sure whether to give it a go or stick with Cartagena for early next year.
New is always more fun. Circuit de Andalucia is apparently proper new so no-one has done a trackday there yet.

Booked Jerez.

My new track bike won't be ready in March.
Pah! They're ready straight out of the crate. The dealers generally let you take them early even if it's a 16 plate as long as you promise not to use them on the road.

It should be ready for it's first service after 3 days at Jerez as well! smile

I'm gonna see if I can talk all the lads around to doing Mugello next year.
Didn't you do the FE event in 2014? I did the NL / BikersDays one later same year.

Seems a bit early to be doing it again if you 'only' do a couple a year? Even if it is a stunning circuit.

Mid Summer job for me is going to be Spa as a drive-to or Slovakiaring or similar new thing as a fly-ride. Not sure what to do as an Autumn / early Winter finish - always fancied doing the Istanbul track but no UK trackday company been brave enough yet.

Hungaroring date just released by No Limits. 12-14 August. Might be in the middle of everyone's family holidays though.

Saw this

scratchchin
What's that like?

Just sorted my flights to Malaga for Jerez
There's a bit of a downhill section from watching races on telly. Might be a bit dirty from some comments, as it sometimes goes through periods of inactivity.

Half my trackday lot are on family hols then and flights to Budapest are a bit pricier than Spanish stuff.

Still quite interested in that Slovakiaring event being run by Tracksense - will see what else No Limits come up with during next few weeks.

I'm up for trying this stuff as all Euro circuits are new to me, except Spa
Show off! tongue out Spa is still massively on my to do list - trouble is BikersDays will want €350 for a 2 day event and I need to get the bike there, book ferries / tunnel, book hotels / kip in the pits - i.e. it's quite pricey compared to some of 3 or 4 day flyaways.

Looks like No Limits has released some 2016 Autumnal dates at Aragon and Catalunya.

What's Catalunya like then? Never done it, just know it as the circuit with red painted bit. A bit heavier on the holiday what Mon to Wed on track.

In the interests of balanced reporting (!) Focused have released a Mugello date. Focused Meh!

Just need BikersDays to extract their finger on some Spa dates now so I can do some planning & booking stuff.

Still very excited.

Booked LGW to SVQ as well, leaving Friday afternoon and returning Monday night.

A few quick questions (I guess could/should send NL, but thought other newbies might have the same question):

- How far in advance do we drop the bikes off, is the drop-off location in Swindon?
- Should we bring our own tie downs?
- Any space for leathers/track gear/etc.?
- Can we pack-up the bike for the return journey on Monday afternoon/evening?
- How long does it take to bring the bikes bike?

Thanks! Dan
Drop off is near Swindon, normally the Sat morning before the weekend. Bring your own tie downs and clear shrink wrap.

Plenty of space for bike stands, leathers, spare wheels etc if you're ingenious at packing. It does help if you know who you're sharing your crate with. If it's the new RSV4 and the girlie isn't going see if you can request a single crate (there's only a few btw).

Pack the bike up when you want - it's 'your' crate for the trip. Crashed, broken bikes get packed early as well as those dashing for earlier flights.

Collection from same place the Saturday after the event.

How much is two days at Spa? I'm thinking €350 or thereabouts?

Might actually ride there, do some road stuff up in the hills, possibly pop to the Ring for a couple of laps just for old times sake.

I've just been told its going to be in September with No Limits. (no official dates have been released) If I only do One TD next year it has to be Mugello.
It will be sharing the date with BikersDays again won't it? So it will Sept 16, 17 & 18th one truckload added to a BikerDays organised 4 group event - no bad thing but did it last year.

I'm sniffing around the NL Catalunya event in early Oct as a season finisher.

28 and 29 May, which is the Saturday and Sunday of the Bank Holiday weekend.

Travel over on the Friday and come back on the Sunday evening.

Loon - where do you stay when you go to Spa?
Perfecto, just booked! Love the group selection: fast, faster, fastest and racers. :-)
Thought BikersDays weren't taking bookings until Dec 1st?

Must make decision soon, it's either that or Slovakiaring with Tracksense. Trying to organise 4 people is like herding cats.

You've done well then. Just tried and it's kicked me out twice. Will have another bash on Dec 1st when booking officially opens. £200 per day - Lordy!

BikersDays seem to have taken a leaf out of No Limits philosophy - lovely people but an utterly frustrating website. It's managed to disable two profiles I've set up and currently Spa 28 & 29th has disappeared from their calendar. mad
