Best heated grips?

I'm considering a new bike, and will want heated grips fitted as I ride all year round. Somebody posted a link or a picture to a set of grips a few months back, which had controls integrated into the grips and looked really good, unfortunately I can't find the thread again!

The OEM option is £145 so anything below that is fine, anything above has to be good.

Yes that's the one, didn't realise it would be that obvious!
Sounds like I might have dismissed the oem option a bit hastily then, I'll see if I can see them on a bike somewhere. Are they worth the money though, that seems a lot?
