Cartagena track day?

I've had my Ninja for a week now and done just over 200 miles, and loving every minute. In for a service, chain kit and headstock bearings next week, so I'm hoping it's going to feel more confidence inspiring after that, as it feels a bit nervous at the moment at the front.
Anyway, I'm gagging to do a track day and I'm not sure I can wait till next spring/summer. So a euro track day is beckoning I feel. How is Cartagena as a track day for the novice? I'm thinking about doing Brands next Saturday just to get some pointers and experience in the meantime. But the Spain one is in January, so hopefully it'll still be warmish..

Any tips/advice welcome and appreciated.
