Opinions about how a litre sportsbike can safely operate at 150mph+ are irrelevant imho...
They are only as safe or dangerous as the rider in control of them.
Anyone can get a modern sportsbike to 150 on a public road but variables like traffic, pedestrians, loose surfaces and manhole covers mean that doing sustained speeds for long distances won't end well!
No question this man would have got off lightly had he not incriminated himself with multiple misdemeanours on the headcam...
