Used Street Triple,or New MT07

Simple but hard. Budget of £6.4k (fixed). I had for a while fancied an MT07 but then every what bike thread says buy a Street Triple. So my preference (just) is for a Street Triple ABS but can't stretch to a new one. I have seen a couple at £6.4k 1 year old and very low miles (under 2k). Or I can get a band new 2016 MT07 ABS for less money around 5.8k ish.

Hadn't thought of an MT09 or a Speed Tripple to be honest just wasn't on my radar.
So far I like the MT seating position, how lite it is and that it would be nice to have a new bike and it fits well within budget. I have just sold a couple of bikes and want to do this within what I got for them.
The Street just looks awesome, I would like a Triumph, plenty to spare power wise and I didn't get anywhere near pushing it.
Somebody mentioned the the MT was under powered is that the general view. I have been riding a Kawasaki ER6 N for the last 2 years so pretty much everything seems quicker than that even my 1979 Yamaha RD250E
Will have a look at MT09 and Speed and run the insurance costs. (Fuel costs not an issue as not a commuter )
