Risers or rentals for my bad back

Guys,

Having issues with my back and as such it's a bit stiff after a ride ! (Ohh ahh)

So the bike is a cbr600 f sport. Options are risers or a yoke by a company called cnc that allow you to fit rentals.

What's the opinions ? Anyone done it ?

They changed the forks too, FS had fully adjustable, hence my thinking other things 'up front' may have been changed too.

When o was looking at mine I seem to think the engine is very slightly different, only slight can't recall what it was.
