Different Supercorsa Specifications

I need a new rear for my track bike & have found TL NHS Diablo Supercorsa V2 SC2 @ ?193.90 and the 75W TL Diablo Supercorsa SP V2 @ ?141.90.

The more expensive NHS is "strictly" not for road use (Not Highway Service) but is it likely to be noticeably different on track?

I'm hardly Valentino Rossi, but don't mind spending the extra if the NHS is the much better tyre.

I'm running SC2's at the moment.
