Third Party Motorcycle PCP Finance Providers

... do they exist? And if so, has anyone had any experience of them? Currently very tempted by an ex-demo Yamaha MT-10, however Yamaha's used bike APR rates are outrageous (12.8%). This seems crazy compared to BMW's 5.9% for example. I know with cars it's relatively common for people to arrange their own finance and there are companies/websites dedicated to this, but I've not yet come accross any for motorbike purchases.
