Despite having been a motorist for more than a decade, and despite travelling over 50k a year for many of those years, and despite having a completely clean accident record, and despite holding an advanced driving qualification, at 12:00 today I have to sit down with a mouse and prove that I can spot a 'hazard'.

What f*****g nonsense.

The annoying thing is that if I fail I have to cancel my bike test frown

I've practiced and sat through countless grainy clips, so I'm not overly worried, but the whole concept of it strikes me as absolutely ridiculous. Bloody government raising more money from motorists.

Grrrrr!

Rant over, thanks for listening. smile

Right that's that sorted. 46 on the theory (passmark 43 - didn't revise that bit - perhaps too complacent after passing my IAM a while back!) and 57 on the hazards (passmark 44).

Only my practical test on Monday and I'm a proper biker. Easy*

  • I hope! smile

When I did my car theory test (on paper with a pen!) when it first came in there was a chap turned up and the bloke checking the ID's said 'Morning Andrew. You paying my wages or what?'

I'm guessing he was a repeat visitor...
