Got my 1st trackday this Sunday and to say I'm shi##ing it is an understatement. yikes

Anyway, started getting things ready tonight and wondered what do you do regarding the tyre pressures. I know they should be dropped a little but by how much, do I take a few PSI out and check them after the 1st session?

Tyres are Supercorsa's.

No not yet, only in the novice group. Have heard that by using tyre warmers they help the life of the tyre by reducing the heat cycles, not sure how true this is? I can hire them from No Limits I noticed.

Yes thats correct, you'll be OK without warmers, just give it 2 or 3 laps at the start of each session to get them nice and warm.

Have fun and make sure you enjoy your first day, ask after the briefing for a bit of instruction as it's free, that will put your mind at ease.
Thanks, see you on Sunday.
