Honda CB1300, Suzuki GSX1400, Yamaha XJR1300, Kawasaki ZRX1200

What are they like to live with?

I am considering one for later on in the year to bimble around. According to this website ( http://www.mcnews.com.au/Testing/Honda/CB1300/Dyno... ), it seems the one to go for would be the Suzuki if I am more interested by torque than bhp.

They're all considered though.

What's the fuel consumption like on them? are they fairly easy to work on?

One major consideration: it would see very little use and will be kept in a dry place.

Cheers.

Thanks Bob, that's exactly what I am after. Slow-ish, relaxed and hassle fee.

Thanks for all the replies.

There are very little GSR for sale close to me and I am quite liking the XJR looks, esp in SP colours, the prices seem to be slightly lower (and I seem to have developed a Yamaha fetish).

Anyway, will give it a go as soon as the weather picks up. thumbup

Saw the Diavel last week in Italy... thought it was ugly in pictures and was even worse for real. And it's far too pricey. An Italian colleague of mine who rides a lovely StreetFighter said he's ashamed that's coming out of Italy. hehe (but that could just be him)

MT-01, again too expensive, and 'styling' looks a mess!

No, I'm really set on the old style muscle bikes.
