Working on being a member of VOA uk....Does anyone have any photos of the best position for the side indicator lights and the rear fog light?
Is it possible to fit the fog light inside the rear lights and still be >10cm from the brake light or will it have to be a seperate bolt on unit?
No doubt, there will be issues with the front lights but I'm told a halogen bulb + a purpose made wire fixing is the easiest answer.
The above and any other info for the IVA would be appreciated. Thanks.

ah, if its a vert then obviously the cable routing to the rear lights will be much harder than a coupe, and the rear light cluster is different so i cant speak for the fog brake light separation. Worst case though is put in a temporary fog and then do something with the light cluster after the event as the mot wont care beyond it lighting up.

Don't forget if its Canadian it will have a kmph speedo and the fogs will likely be running lights
What did you do to rectify the speedo?

scratchchin - but is it the distance reading in kilometres that's the problem because the speedo is shown in both kph and mph?

swapped the euro speedo on the gen2 for a U.S. speedo
then sold the kmph on eBay, strangely a U.S. guy brought it

as Dave says the digits are tiny and are to difficult to read at speed
Good enough answers for me - point noted.

Thanks all for the help - I'll be going out to check out car in the near future and hopefully strike a deal and then I'll post photos.
Also registered on the VOA site - I'm sure I'll have plenty more questions.
