Currently on the road travelling south but my viper is at home poorly. I was really looking forward to taking it down to rockingham but I can't chance it so I doubt it's gonna be ready. Will have to take the aygo instead.

The problem:

Oil leaking from the front, passenger side, underneath the front lip. Right on the lip that always gets scraped.

Am I right in thinking the only oil that can get so far front would come from the cooler lines? I've checked everywhere else but it seems to only drip from the front. There's a little oil on top of the filter housing but it hasn't dripped from there.

I had a look all around the front of the engine but the only oil I can see is all over the front, next to the headlight housing at the top...all the way down to the front lip underneath.

So, is it an easy job? What replacement lines do I need?

PS, it's a gen 2 lol

Thanks Mark, thanks dave. I wonder if baz can offer his insight as to what exactly I'll need to replace them? Length and fittings in particular. There are a couple of garages up here that can get their hands dirty unless I'm feeling confident with it.

Had a look through that website mark, braided stainless replacement oil lines, what fittings do I need??

Thanks again mark!

Thanks mark will be on to them monday.

Right, mission is to fix this before next weekend.

Are there any specific tools need other than an adjustable wrench/spanner? And...do i need to take the nose off or can this be done from under the car?

Any help appreciated!

Down in Hampshire so can't start this till Monday night frown

Right, front lines off. No problem...well kinda. Top one was a pain. I hope I can re fit it when the new one turns up! I'm gonna attempt it again to get the filter side lines off tomorrow. RIGHT PAIN IN ASS. Here's a video so far.

Leak was coming from the bolt (one that I'm holding highest in pic) unusual to Co e from there, as it's normally the line itself.

Anyway...new ones installed:
