Front Wishbone Failure
Discussion
I haven't had the chance to quiz them about it yet, I wanted to get some feedback from other owners first. The car is at my local ex-Chrysler/Dodge dealership as I don't have the facilities to do the work myself and unfortunately the car is not really safe to drive away so I'm not in a good bargaining position. From my past experience I expect to replace every part on this car eventually!

The Viper must have its own parking place at said garage!
I guess it has spent around 2 years off the road in total since I bought it...on the plus side I am gradually replacing old parts with new ones.I have the place lined up ready to do the wheels as soon as the car is running again...and I've been saying that since January! I hope I get to drive the Viper at least once more this year.

Care to update us on why the Garage told you both wishbones need changing? Did you get an answer from said garage?
When I quizzed them and asked them to justify the recommendation they said it was a "precautionary measure". So I'm just doing the one side. Anyway I ordered the parts from USA and they are on the way. Prices were not too bad in the end.Gassing Station | Vipers | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
