Completely forgot about this until now, I recorded the route we took on the Friday afternoon around the local area with Sports Tracker. Didn't realise we were following the Rhine for a good section, I thought we came down back to the Mosel! You can clearly see where we parked and where we went wrong briefly wink

The picture below is a snapshot of the route. If you have Google Earth installed, you can download the KML file here (right click and choose 'Save link as' and save the KML file to your Desktop). Double click on the saved file and it will open Google Earth and show you the route in detail smile

Now just found the lap of the Nürburgring form the RaceChrono application I used. I didn't think it had worked, but clearly it did smile

The picture below is a snapshot of the route - not quite as good as the one above and as it uses fixed points, seems to jump a bit. If you have Google Earth installed, you can download the KML file here (right click and choose 'Save link as' and save the KML file to your Desktop). Double click on the saved file and it will open Google Earth and show you the route in detail smile

From the app on the phone, I did a 9m 39s lap, max speed 127mph between Flugplatz and Schwedenkreuz biggrin

Thanks Graham... Downloaded, will take a proper look later on

Great info on the Ring lap... What is it you were using?
For the cruise route, I used Nokia Sports Tracker as Neil stated.

For the Nürburgring, I used RaceChrono
