hi all just taken delivery of the kit from julian at fibreon

seen the pics on sportmotive gallery of different stages during fitting

but just wondering if anyone could give me a step by step of the fitting part i.e do you need to trim the lens or bucket before fitting?

im ok with cutting the old headlight buckets out and the final sealing etc its the bit in the middle i need to know lmao

i will try and ring julian tommorow but between him fibreglassing and me working its hard to get time to talk to him in daytime hours

thanx in advance peeps

not a cheap set up but i had no choice as id already cut my headlight holes for the lupo conversion but the original replacement headlight reflectors&spring kit is not cheap.think it was £450 inclu vat&postage plus you gotta buy sikaflex pu adhesive type stuff or equivalent like i used which is half price, rattle can plastic primer plus colour you need ,adjuster conversion nuts so they can be adjusted from the rear but i reckon toolstation can supply them 10 for less than a pound instead of the £27 all in for the 4 tamora ones i bought lmao&support brackets if you choose to fit them also from tool station(you will have to bend them yourself to fit).

good thing about it is no paintwork needs doing on front of the car.
