Please stop posting about your turbo's, supercharger's, and LS transplants. It's not fair on the rest of us and besides which it's mostly just blatant willy waving.

I have better things to do than be forced into reading endless threads about 400+ bhp Chimaera's.

Thankyou for listening.

How very dare you rigga. Firstly, it wasn't a complaint it was a request, and secondly, I am neither perpetual nor a willy waver (any more). Anyway, what are you up to lurking around the Chim forum?

That's strange, chilli's post accusing me of being a wrinkly ninja has vanished? ?.....who's been pruning the thread?
I cannot tell a lie rigga, I read it this morning and felt it to be overly harsh, 'twas me that removed it.

Although I did think wrinkly ninja was rather good wink

Go On Chilli, you know you need to! hehe
Damn and curse you Mac. Due to an impending garage purchase with small run-down gaff attached I no longer have the funds available to throw at beastie. Hopefully she won't end up a garage queen frown

Right, Gaff I'd previously put offer on is back on the cards, complete with double garage and attached workshop. Second viewing on Saturday.

If this goes ahead, then I'm working with a known budget.

Which means, funds available for beastie biggrin

So, possibly, could afford the following...

Twin turbo supercharged 7 litre Chevy putting out around 9 million bhp. Would probably need transmission strengthening a bit, 15 or maybe 20 speed gearbox, and a spoiler. Maybe 20" wheels, 400mm rotors, and 10 pot calipers. Might need to uprate the rear pads though scratchchin Pod on rear to house parachute, and aero package to keep the old girl stable at speeds over 500kph...

Suspension should be OK, as just had recent Geo smile

Appreciate any constructive thoughts on my forward plan.....

See this is exactly what I'm talking about.

I'd managed to completely ignore these pictures, which Quinny has obviously posted as a visual means of giving the finger to my original post.

I have now used up 23 minutes of my very busy day staring at them, and another 3 minutes scribbling this post.

And now another 4 minutes deciding if replying isn't just lowering myself to the standard of others.

And another minute typing this last bit.

FFS that's over half an hour.

Dunno what makes you think that Quinny whistle

Keep the pictures coming mate biggrin

I have been interested in the Evo chassis, Ian did some first class work on beastie around this time last year, and picked me up from the station when I collected her.....

I was going to bump the last chassis thread, but having just re-read it it's full of some plumber bloke banging on about some other company and the length of wishbones wink
