Help needed quick

I just went to start chim, accidentally set off alarm turned it off turned ignition herd a donk type sound and everything is now dead? 100 amp fuse? If so where can I get one for the weekend in cambridge?

Hi qbee, got it sorted thanks as suggested it was the fuse behind the battery it amazes me how helpful all Tvr owners seem to be I have never had this with any other marque.
