New suspension - Anything else to change?

Having been out in a few cars now with new suspension, i'm getting very tempted to get new springs and shocks. Gaz gold Pros have been suggested. I think that Nitrons may be too pricey for what I want to spend and what I am using car for (fast road/possibly occasional track days).

Any other options for suspension? Any opinions on Gaz gold pros?

Also, are there any parts i will need to change / recommended to change at the same time as doing suspension so I can budget for doing this at the same time.

Thanks for all the replies, decided in the end to get GGP's and car is at Top Cats Racing for them to fit at some point in the next couple of weeks (busy at weekends so not going to be driving it anyway.)

Better as said above to get them set up well and i'm sure they will be able to do this!

p.s. The new Top Cats workshop is really impressive! What a contrast to the previous place!
