Process for pairing fob/dongle for meta system?

You mean the touch key (immobiliser stick)?
Once a tough key has been programmed (paired) you cannot re-program it.
I bought a replacement fob and touch key from Abacus Alarms Good service and price (instructions for fob and key provided)
Programing a replacement RK38S touch key (Abacus Alarms’ instructions)
• Disarm the immobilizer using an original working decode key
• The LED on the decode itself will go out
• Within 10 seconds turn the vehicle’s ignition On then Off
• Within the next 10 seconds insert the new touchkey
• The LED on the decode head will light
• If the coding has been accepted, the LED in the decode head will remain on for 14 seconds
If the LED in the decode head continues to flash immediately after the new key has been inserted, then the new key has not been accepted.
The usual reason for this is that either the replacement key has already been coded into another M33/M36 or that the M33/M36 has had all its vacant slots filled (it will accept a total of 5 keys only)
