As above, I think I have the non-PAS belt for some reason, which is about the size of one of the Roly Poly's garters. I was hoping to get the Chim back running tomorrow, but thwarted at the last. Please can somebody give a link to the belt I need, ie JE bracket with PAS.

Cheers, Chuffy.

Hi Christian, as per my post linked by Pupp above, the belt that worked for me was a PK7 1605.

I believe it the size is used on a 7 series BMW amongst others but just quote PK7 1605 and it'll fit your power steering Chimaera.

A 1605 leaves the adjuster bracket in the mid position allowing you to dial out any future belt stretch, which to be honest is unlikely as this type of ribbed belt seldom stretches much if at all.

Cheers, Dave.
Cheers Dave!

Mine seems to adjust better the other way !? Bolt hole at the top with the long bolt placed through. Long slot attached at the bottom allowing adjustment.
