Alarm gone bonkers!

So car been parked up for a week pre MOT. Fired up no probs drove to test centre absolutely hammering down with rain.
Parked up, locked car , tester ( my mate ) said pull Over the pit. Unlocked car and drove into garage, noticed hazards were flashing but went off, odd I thought pulled over pit turned ignition off , got out of the car, shut the door and..... Car had locked both doors! Buttons on mirrors not firing solenoids, key fobs doing sod all. Leant inside And popped doors manually, hazards going off. This repeated for 5 mins. Imobilser fob still working and car fired up on demand and hazards stopped flashing on entry.
Passed MOT but now doesn't respond to blipper or the spare.
Can drive it but can't lock it.. Light on dash next to radio continually flashes.. Can't Remember if that happens anyway
