Power steering hoses advice please.

Evening all.
My chim has had that burning tangy power steering fluid burning on the exhaust smell since I picked it up, it's been advised that it's leaking from the hoses, so I'll look to replace them soon.
What are they like to do, and ahead anyone used the ones in the ad on piston heads classifieds?
