head gasket oil leak

Will it get worse then eventually blow ? I`m a bit annoyed because i did ask the question if they need torquing up after so many miles .

I can see oil seeping out the gasket and there is staining on the block .Can it be nipped or do the heads need removing .

Should they of been nipped up at a later date ?
