What would be the best comparison when trying to explain a Chimaera to an American? A Corvette maybe? What's the closest thing they would be familiar with?
(I don't actually have to do this, I just think it would be interesting to hear people's answers)
I have a number of American friends and collegues and we all think TVR's are pretty akin to Vipers. Both marques have a dedicated following. Those 8.4 litre V10 engines are a work of art close up and the sound!!
I regularly work for an American company, and all the Americans I've met (here and in the US) that are car nuts know that TVR's are special, even if they're not all up to speed with which model is which..
