Something to persuade you to experience your car on track!

I wasnt on my usual Triple 8s but more road biased R1Rs as they forecasted rain.
Apologies for squeeking brakes.........
Totally safe, hitting 130 on the back straight, later in the day 140.
As you can see, all sorts on track.

You're going to get me on trouble Peter.
I love track days, and promised I wouldn't put the chim through it as the last one I did, I killed a mini cooper engine (Not my fault, it wasn't correctly offset bored when built so the bores were too thin, and rattled like a kids toy after the fourth outing).
Funnily enough, just had an email from Adrian Flux offering cheap track day insurance.......Maybe it's destiny
Lots to do to the chim before I would ever let it loose on a track though, Would be a liability at present
Any upgrade for the track is good for the road.I love track days, and promised I wouldn't put the chim through it as the last one I did, I killed a mini cooper engine (Not my fault, it wasn't correctly offset bored when built so the bores were too thin, and rattled like a kids toy after the fourth outing).

Better pads, better tyres and better suspension, (if yours is a bit tired).
Make sure the car is running sweetly and off you go!
I'd be happy to advise if you want...............anything to get another chim on track!

Thanks Peter, the chim's getting there.....slowly.
All the cooling system sorted, braking being taken care of over the next couple of weeks with braided lines and new rear discs and pads, and new rear suspension full poly bush and dampers soon to be fitted once things are sorted.
Other than that, the car's pretty much tip top, although I'm sure I'll find issues on the first track day
Will definitely need to get down to the Surrey meet soon if you attend, and ask for much needed advice....don't get out much with work at the moment
