Can anyone confirm a build date for a Chimaera?

Am I right in SL making it November 1995??

Is there any way of getting the build on a TVR or TVR Club letterhead?

I am going to need to prove to our local government officials when this car was built, as it needs to be 20years old register...

There are still SIV permits for 2015 - but I would prefer not to use one. I know the SIV system well - as I have put a escort cosworth, mini Cooper, Fiat Coupe, and Lancia Delta integrale through it over the years. But if it is 20years old - it doesn't need one - which would be nice!!
