Boot solenoid

anyone know where boot solenoid gets its power from mines not working could be its just packed up but need to make sure ,checked all my fuses they are all ok.

I have checked the voltage nothing at all which is odd as have no blown fueses

no I have no voltage there either but again no blown fuses so where is the problem
