Ok, Whilst an engine is out and on a stand, what is the best way to flush out the block and what is best to use in ensuring it is as clean as I can get it before reassembly?

I was thinking he had removed everything from inside the block too wink that needs doing...

I have, just need to flush the block out with something that won't cause the liners to rust...
