Recommend me a grease gun

I've got only one use for a grease gun and it's only going to be once a year, so I really can't justify spending more than the bare minimum. If it were for anything else I'd be able to use one at work, but the exhaust has to be removed to do the driveshafts so it's a home job. The problem is that all of the cheap ones have scalding reviews of broken nipples and explosions, does anyone know of one that works for under a score or another way to do the job?

What do you do, push the bottom in on them to get the grease out?

2nd hand is a good shout, I'm watching the ebay ones to see if I can get a bargain

I've just read so many reviews on the cheap ones getting stuck and breaking nipples on the first go or just leaking from everywhere that I'm just not expecting any of them to work, but as said it's going to be used on 2 nipples once a year. I also know that if I spend proper money on one that it's going to go walkies because I'll lend it out as I never use it and then forget who I gave it to, then I'll end up with 2 of the bloody things after buying another and getting the old one back. I have 3 battery drills because of this

I was just planning on using the tub of cv grease that I have left over unless anyone has a better suggestion, which is likely considering some of my recent questions
