Sparkplug with or without resistance

I ordered:
RD0207 TVR Ignition Lead Set Ceramic For Rover V8

Do i have to use them with or without resistance sparkplugs
What do you recomand 6 or 7 heat and are the idrium sparkplugs so mutch better?
