Bolt and nut question

I would like to replace some of my wishbone and suspension bolts would like some advice as to correct grade steel.
Should I go for grade 8.8 bolts with grade 8 nylock nuts or grade 10.9 bolts with grade 10 nylock nuts.
I know RT Racing do a complete kit but I have read that someone said that they supplied 1/2 UNF and not 7/16 UNF do not know if that is correct or not.
Anyone who has done a referb recently and sourced their own bolts and nuts any info will be appreciated as a lot of suppliers have gone metric now.
Also any pointers as to where to purchase from especially the 5inch bolts.
