A relative is clearing out his house of old projects and has a Morgan 3-wheeler (1934 Supersports?) in boxes, a complete (upgraded) engine, spares, wheels, suspension etc. There is no body/frame but he has a set of drawings to get one made up.

As I'm just finishing up a car project, I'm looking for something interesting to do next and wondered if this is worth a go.

I'd only be able to take it if I restore it properly under his guidance (no carbon body, rotary engine or fuel injection allowed!)

What do you think a fair price would be for "everything but the body/frame"? The parts are likely to be in very good condition. It has the V5/registration paperwork.

Do you know what the engine is - you mention it's 'upgraded'.
I saw the parts at the weekend, it's a Matchless engine with one set of watercooled heads and one set of air cooled with a load of spares that were bought in the 60's then never used. It all looks to be in good condition.

It is definitely a 1934 supersports and the gearbox has a reverse. For some reason, it was re-registered in the 50's which seems a bit odd.
