Hi, new owner here of a 2010SR3RS. First half of season will be learning the car with trackdays and sprints, then hopefully see some of you guys towards end of season for something competitive.

I have a couple of newbie questions, have done a search, but could'nt find the answer so please forgive if been asked before.

1. - Quick lift. Is there a particular one needed for the radical. I don't have one at the moment and was thinking of something like BG racing quick lift, long version. Any recommendations.
2. - Loading technique, I have an IVECO 7.5tonne transporter, but not yet picked up the car. I am guessing it's just a case of fighting with scaffold boards, or youngman boards to get the right angles, unless there is some magic gadget for loading. Gojacks??. Also do race ramps work with a rad? thinking the 7.8degree jack clearance ramps.

Thats all for now, thanks in advance.

Picked up the car today, with beaver tail 7.5tonne covered race transporter. Previous transporter owner was a drag team and they had some pretty low cars so gave me a wooden ramp which takes out the hump bit. The tailgate hinges down and then has low rise ramps hinged on the back of tailgate and the vehicle was built as a race transporter from new, not a recovery workhorse converted, so I I think the angles are shallower looking at others... Now the car didn't go straight on first off, but only 10-15mm out here and their, and I was well armed with pieces of timber board and tools especially after the words of wisdom... After fighting the damn thing for an hour, the car goes on and off in one action rear end first loading, although I need to adjust the super winch so the cable does not damage the rear diffuser. I think a full day on Saturday with some Ali plate to make some permenant adjustments, and the jobs a good un! Just need to remember to park in places with a 40ft loading space.... So worked out pretty good in the end.
