Paddle shift problem

I am running the factory Radical pneumatic system. Constant problems up shifting at full throttle. Will shift nicely if I lift off the throttle slightly but not under full throttle. Where do I start to solve this problem. The one thing I have done is to make sure the gear selector is positioned correctly. I do not know what else I can do fix this problem. Any ideas?

Yes that's the only thing I know how to do.
