Radical as a daily driver?

Having just beaten cancer im keen to live life at 10/10ths from now on. With that, can you feasibly use a radical as an everyday car? I do about 35 miles a day 95% on dual carriageway.

Kind of what i was expecting but I had to ask. Id love to track my C63 but feel it's too heavy on the brakes and tyres to be a reliable track toy. On the road tyres last less than 6k so on track I can only assume a days worth would kill them, brakes and all. Is a radical more forgiving on the track with regards to consumables?
