Winter Storage

Since I didn't get to use my SR3RS much during the summer (largely due to as yet unresolved noise issues!), there is no chance of it seeing the light of day now until some warmer weather arrives. The car lives in my relatively unheated garage which only allows access to one side of the car, so I have a couple of questions.

Do I store the car off the ground (on its air jacks or blocks) or on the ground?
Should I keep my unused slicks and wets inflated or not?
Are there any other winterisation tips for the rest of the car?
